Dear Labcheck user,
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, you may have received multiple, unexpected emails from Labcheck. These were sent in error.
We have completed our review and have identified the cause. Our development team was working overnight on a data migration test. During this test, the emails that go out for users with “Distributions” set up were routed in error to the communication servers that send out emails. As soon as this was discovered, the process was shut down. Please ignore/delete these mails.
Because of the large volume of outgoing emails, proactive IT security measures were triggered. This caused a disruption to outbound Labcheck communications. At this point in time, all Labcheck-related infrastructure is back online and outbound communications have been restored.
Please know that there is no cyber risk and your information has not been compromised due to this situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by these unexpected emails.
Please reach out to the Labcheck support team at (866) 522-2432 if you have any questions.
As always, we truly appreciate your business.
Castrol Labcheck Team
