Q: When will the transition take place?
The new program will Go Live on March 12th 2018.
Q: How will I get access to the new Labcheck Platform?
All existing users of the Lab Program will be automatically enrolled in the Labcheck NextGen platform. You will receive a welcome e-mail with your login credentials (user name and temporary password) on or around March 10th. All other users will be able to sign-up for access through the Labcheck NextGen Portal once the program goes live on March 12th.
Q: Where do I send my samples?
The new lab ship-to address is: 2450 Hassell Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. You should begin shipping samples to this location effective March 1st 2018. Castrol has made arrangements for samples shipped to the old lab location to be forwarded through May 2018. After this point, the old lab will dispose of samples received.
Q: What if I still have old bottles from the previous lab?
You can use any old bottles you have with the new lab. Shipping labels with the new lab address can be ordered through the customer service desk, and applied to existing sample kits. You can begin ordering sample kits for the new lab on March 1st.
